It was Amazing dealing with EBMS, starting with Ms.Geniza’s immediate response, providing me with all the required information on immediate basis & going out of her way to respond to me after Office hours plus her polite reminders towards convincing me to apply the Business License through EBMS. Actually i wanted to verify the Company before i transfer the payment online for Business License. I asked Ms.Geniza for EBMS Trade License & the Emirates Id of the Owner for my satisfaction but she was not able to provide me the Trade License Copy and neither the Eid Copy of the Owner. So after that i had no option but to Call the Free Zone & the Free Zone Confirmed that Ebms were their partners. So i asked them the Cost of Opening the Company since i was talking to them & the cost was the same what i had been offered from Ebms. So now the question was whom shall i deal with ?? Ebms or Free Zone directly 😎. After thinking of how Ms.Geniza handled me Ofcourse i had to opt for Ebms😊 So after that ,I transferred the payment online which was a very smooth process & Successful.There was a lack of support for around 4hrs were Ms.Kainath came into the picture and made sure that she provided me all the support for the documentation & by 9.30pm i had the Business License in my inbox. I really Appreciate Ms.Geniza & Ms.Kainath for Sales & the Service after the Sale ⭐️. Overall “ A Best Experience “ with the Ebms Team - Kudos 👍
